What's the best VST plug-in synth in the world today?

Does Sylenth1 deserve to keep its crown?
UPDATE: Nominations are closed - now it's time to vote for the best VST plug-in synth in the world today at the bottom of the page!
There are now so many VST, AU and RTAS plug-in synthesizers on the market that it would take a lifetime to master them all, so at some point, you're going to have to pick a few and stick with them.
But which should that few be? In 2010, we put this very question to MusicRadar users, which eventually resulted in the compilation of our list of the 17 best VST plug-in synths in the world today.
Now it's time for the 2011 vote: does LennarDigital's Sylenth1 still deserve its number 1 ranking, or should something else usurp it?
Only you can answer this question; all 17 of last year's favourites will go forward to the voting stage again, but if you think that any other synths deserve to be nominated - be they new releases from the past year or old favourites that were overlooked last time - we want to hear from you.
A few guidelines: we'll leave free synths off this list, so only nominate those that you have to pay for. To narrow down the field a little more, we'll also exclude samplers, and we'll knock out dedicated drum machines, too.
Otherwise, it's game on: once all the nominations have been rounded up, we'll put them to the vote once again.
