Banned Be Your Own Pet tracks coming out

Mini EP due June 24

This past March, Nashville's punk-rock teenage wonders Be Your Own Pet saw their sophmore album, Get Awkward, get lighter by three songs. The tracks - Becky, Black Hole and Blow Yr Mind - were deemed "too violent" by the band's US label, Universal Records. (The tracks were issued on international pressings of the record, however.)

Now, those three offending songs will see the light of day in America on a "mini EP" called Get Damaged to be released by XL Recordings (the group's international label) on June 24.
