Update: Funk legend Zigaboo Modeliste's UK tour has been cancelled.
Funk legend Zigaboo Modeliste's UK tour has been cancelled.
The sticksman, best known for his time with The Meters, had been due to head this way with the Big Chiefs for the following dates:
23rd February 2013 Band on the Wall, Manchester with BBC6 Music Craig Charles Funk & Soul Show
26th February 2013 The Boiler Room, Guildford
27th February 2013 Concorde2, Brighton
28th February 2013 Rich Mix, Shoreditch, London with JazzFM
It is hoped that the tour will be rescheduled for later in the year.
