Terms & Conditions
By taking part in this offer, you agree to be bound by the offer rules below. The offer includes a return economy class flight from London Heathrow to Washington on a British Airways scheduled flight, three nights accommodation on a bed & breakfast basis, plus lunch and dinner on PRS Experience days. The flights are non-transferable to another airline and any upgrades shall be at the attendee’s own expense. All personal expenses, drinks, snacks, use of the mini bar and other hotel facilities are at the attendee’s own expense. The closing date for receipt of applications is [date]. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Proof of posting (if relevant) shall not be deemed proof of delivery. Applications must be submitted by an individual (not via any agency or similar) and, unless otherwise stated, are limited to one per household.
The offer is subject to availability and is not transferable. No cash alternative will be offered. The company reserves the right to substitute a different offer of similar value. Unless otherwise stated, the offer is open to all GB residents of 18 years and over, except employees of Future Publishing and any party involved in the offer or their households. By applying for this offer you give permission to use your name, likeness and personal information in connection with the offer and for promotional purposes. If you are a successful applicant, you may have to provide additional information. Successful applicants will be selected at random from all complete applications received by the closing date. Travel to and from Heathrow Airport is not included but Stateside transfers to and from PRS are included. if you are a successful applicant, acceptance by you of the offer is conditional upon you complying with (amongst other things) the offer rules. You acknowledge and agree that neither the company nor any associated third parties shall have any liability to you in connection with your taking up of the offer. In particular, the company shall not be liable to you if you miss the flights, if the flights are delayed or cancelled or any loss you incur in connection with the offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the company shall not give any refunds and/or compensation. travel is subject to British Airways’ terms and conditions. Successful applicants will be responsible for ensuring they travel with the relevant travel documentation required when travelling to the USA, including visas, passport, insurance and other travel documents and that they comply with any other requirements [US Customs require minimum six months remaining validity for UK passports].
