For the first time, Jimi’s full amplifier and effects rig has been recreated in software plug-in form. IK Multimedia has launched the Jimi Hendrix Edition of AmpliTube 2 in Anaheim, in collaboration with Authentic Hendrix, the company founded by Al Hendrix and his daughter Janie in order to curate and promote Jimi’s recorded legacy.
